1445 the number kept popping up for me weirdly 4 times in 4 days. I’ve read that it can be a gentle reminder that I’m being supported through all of life’s challenges.
The 2 years leading up to writing this new music I felt like I couldn’t catch a break with bad news and big changes coming seemingly non stop. It more than shook me. I realized at one point that I was deeply depressed and couldn’t figure out how to get out of it.
It took some work. I’m still managing it day by day with the help of friends, family and frankly, better choices.
This short stand alone video introduction describes where I am now. I’m happy to say this is just the start of taking my life back as music is such a big part of my life. This is also the start of all the new music I have to share with you.
