Ruth Purves Smith and Rob Ellen are long-time collaborators in the roots and country music scene, this side and stateside, primarily connected through the Medicine Show music and iMtv - international Moose Mobile TV and partnership in a 1882 GMC Vandura RV 'The Merican Moose Mobile' which they have driven all across America and Canada playing shows and supporting independent music and Community Festivals and venues, this is Ruth's home Community Festival on the Graham Ranch Drumheller .

The "Merican Moose" Project: Rob Ellen, a Scottish promoter and publicist, partnered with Canadian singer-songwriter Ruth Purves Smith for his "Merican Moose Mobile" tours. This venture involved Rob driving a 1982 Chevrolet RV across North America to promote European and Canadian folk artists.
