Save ingredients:
1 egg
3 bananas
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup (150 ml) animal or plant-based milk
5 tablespoons (100 g) sugar
3 tablespoons (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 cup (150 g) flour + 2 teaspoons (10 g) baking powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Bake the cake with the lid closed on a low heat for about 30 minutes. Then turn the cake over and bake for a further 5 minutes without the lid. Leave the cake to cool and serve. Enjoy your meal.
