"Power Manager" & Go to "Background App Management"
Step 6: Now, you have to find the Skype app in "Auto-Start Management."
Step 7: After you find the App, disable the auto-start feature.
Now, you have successfully disabled the Auto-start feature of Skype app on your Android smartphone.
