Ingredients:
24 cm baking pan
All ingredients should be at room temperature!
3 medium eggs
250 g sugar (1.5 200-gram cups)
150 ml milk
100 ml odorless vegetable oil (I use sunflower oil)
80 g softened butter
10 g baking powder
10 g vanilla sugar
120 g dark chocolate (I use chocolate droplets)
35 g cocoa (2 tablespoons)
(+-)250 g flour (2 200-gram cups)
Bake at 170°C (+-) for 40-50 minutes. Adjust according to your oven. If the top starts to burn, cover with foil.
