[Magic of Oz] Timelapse - Emerald City
Home to over fifty-five thousand Ozites, the Emerald City shines brightest at dawn and sunset, and buzzes with activity throughout the day.
The Emerald City was created by magic in a day, and it retains a touch of magic about it in a constant shift of buildings and side streets. The mayor reports on the exact number of buildings annually as it changes, counted and written down in the Civic Records Book, and the current number at the time this book went to print was 9,649. This number does not account for the occasional tent or yurt pitched in a park by visiting Ozites. When visitors decide to settle and remain in the City, they tend to discover a new building has appeared, to be sold or rented out.
