SSTM Krishna Janmashtami 2022
Shree Swaminarayan Temple Melbourne celebrates the Janmashthami Utsav 2022. On this day, the Hindu festival of Krishna Janmashtami is celebrated with grandeur @ SSTM. The festival celebrates the birth of Lord Krishna, the eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu. Janmashtmi is the largest festival in the Braj region of North India - Mathura - where he was born, and in Vrindavan where he grew up. Temples across India as well as back in Australia, Melbourne are decorated and the night is filled with memorable events to mark the celebration. Devotees come from far and wide to visit the Temple and be part of this Grand celebration.
