RUPERT FRANCIS & The Band of Brothers Wicked Plot To Take Down Jamaica
This video contains aspects of the letter written to Ambassador Audrey Marks on December 28, 2023, by Rupert Francis, Chairman of the Jamaica Diaspora Crime Intervention & Prevention Task Force, and former Alternate member of the Jamaica Diaspora Advisory Board.
The Jamaica Diaspora Advisory Board was established in 2004, coming out of the first Diaspora Biennial Conference held that year.
The Jamaica Diaspora Advisory Board was later changed to the Global Jamaica Diaspora Council in 2018.
This was the government's diaspora organisation which was captured recently by the Band of Brothers. The move was led by Band of Brothers member, Wilfred Rattigan.
