Let's take a break from Golden Color Pouring Medium Gloss, how 'bout it? I went up to have a play session, and almost didn't shoot it, but I've learned to shoot EVERYTHING in some kind of way! Every time I don't shoot, I regret it. Every. Single. Time.
So I've been thinking about doing an experiment with bubbles for the longest time. I tried mixing alcohol inks with the bubble juice first, but that just didn't work at all...the alcohol ink stayed in little wads and refused to mix at all. I shoulda probably shot that too, but I tried that before I even decided whether I was going to paint, or not.
So...Personally, I think it's kinda cool. I had a big ole bunch of fun playing and watching what was happening. I've never done anything like this before...I had no idea what was going to happen or if it would even work AT ALL. Is it the prettiest thing I've ever made? NOPE. Is it the ugliest thing I've ever made? ALSO NOPE. It wasn't meant to be a masterpiece...it's an experiment, and I like to show my experiments to you. Maybe you'll take my idea, and make something fantastic out of it. Maybe we'll just sit and giggle together.
It doesn't all have to be serious...it SHOULDN'T all be serious. Don't forget to take the time for yourself to play. Please play...if you don't, you're gonna burn out like Icarus.
