Video Experimenter Viewport Adjustment
This shows how a simple Arduino sketch can be used to adjust the portion of the screen that the TVout library draws on. Two potentiometers are used to set the values for display.output_delay and display.start_render. These control the horizontal and vertical postion of the viewport.
