With his two restaurants @oceanspice_samui & @phensirithairestaurant, he is shaping Ko Samui’s culinary scene.
Inspired by his love for cooking, we created this short film telling his personal story about food, passion and what cooking truly means to him.
This project was all about capturing emotion, craftsmanship and the soul behind the cuisine.
