Sebastian keeps his unbelievable suspicions from Adrian and tries to suppress them. Nevertheless, his uneasy feeling continues to fester. While Adrian is alerted by Tanja about the phone call, Sebastian is, for the first time, ready to question his perception of Adrian. Adrian, who is no longer certain whether Sebastian fully trusts him, tries to unsettle him by putting him under emotional pressure. Ultimately, Sebastian no longer knows whom or what to believe and is waging an inner battle. When he finally seeks out Carla to inquire about details of Tanja and Hannes' deaths, she notices that Sebastian seems to know more. Will he reveal his suspicions about Adrian and confide in Carla?
Johannes is horrified by Ansgar's outburst and realizes that he will never change. While Ansgar's hatred for Adrian is rekindled, and he apologizes to his half-siblings to appease Johannes and further his revenge against Adrian, Johannes reluctantly decides to break with tradition and remove Ansgar from his will in Carla's favor.
When Sarah and Gregor are babysitting Sophia, Gregor notices with irritation that Sarah is having trouble looking forward to their child. Although Sarah believes she can allay Gregor's doubts, Gregor searches for explanations and wonders if Sarah isn't ready for motherhood. Meanwhile, Sophia manages to win Sarah's heart. Finally, Sarah makes Gregor happy when she can finally look forward to her baby.
