Laser Focus | 14-year-old SA skateboarder Marci Rodrigues
Marcelino 'Marci' Rodrigues is an up and coming young South African skateboarder from Kommetjie in Cape Town. Marci, 14, went on his first ever photo shoot with skate photographer Moe Abrahams recently for a feature on the bluntmagza website. A bit nervous at first, Marci went on to land his first ever kickflip frontside boardslide at Battery Park in Cape Town and a few other tricks to warm up, before setting out to ollie a rail gap in nearby Sea Point, for his first ever street skating photo. Supported by his legend SA skateboarder dad Lingo Rodrigues, Marci got the goods and then some. bluntmag tagged along to document a rad day's grom skateboarding in the Mother City.
