I went to the midwife for high rupture of membranes. 🏥
My waters didn't hurt or itch, so I was fine at the time. ✌️ lol
The midwife's diagnosis was "high rupture of membranes"!
Apparently, there are several requirements for giving birth at a midwife's clinic. 🌟
1. Labor must begin 24 hours after the waters break.
2. Once labor begins, delivery must occur within 24 hours.
Since my waters had broken, I tried to get the baby down by:
1. Walking vigorously
2. Walking backwards down the stairs
3. Eating spicy curry (supposedly stimulates uterine contractions)
4. Drinking moringa tea (stimulates uterine contractions)
5. Doing squats with my bottom down.
I did these five things!
I've included steps 1 and 2 in the video. /(^o^)\
This is a method recommended at midwifery clinics, so please give it a try!
