WOOD FLOOR OIL FINISHING SYSTEM ON SIDE
This video shows our OIL FINISHING LINE FOR WOOD FLOORING.
Oiling machines are usually put "in line", while we made it "on side" by using two separates machines: the MINITUNNEL (roller coater) and the QUADRIPAD (polishing line).
This setup allows to apply any kind of natural and hardwax oil in a very small foot print. Two people can work out flooring boards with a feeding speed of 14 mt / min (42 ft / min). Thanks to the EPDM rollers and the polypropylene wiping brush, the coating machine Minitunnel is able to effectively apply the oil, while the polishing line made up by 2 buffing pads and 2 wiping brushes will ensure the oil to penetrate inside the grain and any oil excess to be removed in order to guarantee a quicker drying time.
