Wrestling (Khusti) | Pehlwani Coaching in High School by KinderSports
In this video, we see a group of young boys being coached in the Indian martial art of khusti, or wrestling. The boys seem to be enjoying themselves as they learn the different techniques and moves. The video is a great insight into this traditional sport which is still practiced today. This type of coaching is only provided by KinderSports in India at School level.
