How to install custom or other addons in odoo

Here is the steps:
To install custom addons
1. Add addons folder path to the path of odoo addons from where your odoo server addons path.
2. Go into the browser and update the addons by "Update Apps List" in Apps.
3. Search your addons name from filter.
4. There you can find your addon name. Now you can install your custom addon.
