Liz is a Kinesiologist by education, a Classical Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, a student of Somatic Experiencing and Quantum Human Design. But her passion is a continual exploration of what is possible through movement, embodiment and the pursuit of potential.
Liz specializes in embodiment and expanding resiliency of the nervous system by learning the language of your body. She helps you learn how to interpret triggers/trauma/conditioning and understand how they live in your body. Liz is starting an 8 week pilot program called Creating Conscious Connections - which is a culmination of her work and passion over the past 25 years!!
