Music On The Mountain with Anders Osborne, Dogs In A Pile, & More!
We had an amazing time at the inaugural Music On The Mountain in Ludlow, Vermont enjoying the incredible music of Anders Osborne, Dogs In A Pile, Saints & Liars, and more, but the thing we found most inspiring was the COMMUNITY, we are so thankful to have had a chance to interview Dogs In A Pile as well as so many of the wonderful people in the Yellow Balloon Groups that were in attendance.
Music On The Mountain was the LARGEST gathering of Yellow Balloon Groups in music history! The Yellow Balloon Groups are sober groups within certain band's fanbases. The Phellowship offers sober support and community at Phish concerts, while The Wharf Rats do the same at Grateful Dead related events. There are many other Yellow Balloon Groups, so if you are interested in knowing more or having sober support and community at concerts check them out! If your favorite band doesn't have a group yet maybe it's time to start one!
Music On The Mountain is a concert to celebrate recovery that was held on May 18, 2024 on Okemo Mountain in Ludlow, VT with performances by Saints & Liars, Dogs In A Pile, and Anders Osborne! This incredible event was put on by The Phoenix and The Divided Sky Foundation.
