In today's video I decided to show you all how to create a spotlight eye look. I specifically put "on colored skin" in the title because I felt that my people of color needed some representation! I also feel that colors like purples and blues look really stunning on people of color. Seeing as I'm playing around with more color eyeshadows, I thought that this would be the perfect time to demonstrate that!
