Improved Workflow for Reorder and Restructure Operations | Creo 10
In Creo 10, the reorder/restructure workflow in the model tree is enhanced to avoid unintentional restructure operations. There is now a better indication whether your current drag & drop operation is a reorder or a restructure operation.
If you want to modify this behavior, you can use the "enable_dragdrop_on_components" config option.
