Celebrating 25 Years of Maryland Day
Our Terrapin family gathered on Saturday, April 29 to celebrate 25 years of #MarylandDay! The University of Maryland's daylong event opened our campus to our community for more than 300 free events celebrating learning, discovery and Terps' dedication to Do Good.
This year’s highlights included the unveiling of two new campus landmarks: a Do Good icon in front of Thurgood Marshall Hall and a statue in the Adele H. Stamp Student Union of Greg Heffley, star of the “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” books by alum Jeff Kinney ’93.
