If your business depends on accurate state and country information and your users are typing in the State or Country name manually, this video is for you! We are going to review how to enable the feature called State & Country picklists, which is included with all Salesforce editions. This features allows users to select a state and country from a dropdown instead of typing it in. This keeps your data standardized and clean allowing you to easily use states and countries in reporting and automations.
