NEW CHARLOTTE TILBURY MASCARA!?!
Charlotte Tilbury hasn’t launched a Mascara since 2020 so we have been waiting for a new one for years!
This is the new Exagger-Eyes 28H Volume Mascara! It’s supposed to give you bigger, thicker and longer lashes while also being smudge-proof, flake-proof, sweat-proof, humidity-proof and clump-proof!
I applied 2 coats to one eye without curling my lash and 2 coats to the other after curling my lash.
Overall, I think this mascara is really BLACK and absolutely does lengthen and volumize my lashes.. I would highly recommend curling your lashes before applying this mascara because it truly does make a big difference as you can see in the video.
I’m going to continue testing this out to really see how I like it because I think the packaging has really woo’d me into giving this a positive review. Which is why I cut out my final thoughts in this video. I continue to use and I will update soon!
