In today’s world of R&B, we often hear talk that music has lost its morals, it has no emotion, or that the vibe just isn’t as captivating as it use to be.
I decided to create a song called R&B Meets Scripture, that challenges the idea that secular music has no meaning any more.
The truth be told, we as artist must understand that the world never stops evolving, so you have to understand implication of staying current but timeless. Today’s R&B takes on a sort of rap-singing vibe. So I decided to keep that persona to show even if you have a current sound, you can still keep morals and be meaningful!
