How to Clean Performance Cone Air Filter
Hello and welcome to how to clean a universal air filter that's for a Corsa D. I know this is different compared to reviewing tech but just wanted to show you what I do in spare time other than tech. i like to work on my car and changing some small bits that make a difference. As you can see I have a cleaning kit which has 2 sprays of 100ml, Air filter cleaner and Dirt retention Additive. You first apply the air filter cleaner then leave it to set for 5 minutes and then wash it at the sink, making sure its Luke warm instead of hot. Then leave the air filter to dry normally. Do not use a hairdryer and heat gun just let it dry naturally, for me it took 2/3 hours to fully dry. Then once that's done use the Dirt retention Additive spray it all over and leave it to set for 10 minutes to soak in to the filter and then re install it to the car.
