Half-Life 2 Combine Soldier Voice Effect Tutorial (Audacity)
Edit: This tutorial kinda sucks but I will not be making a new one. If you still want to use it, the leveller is now a preset for the distortion effect and equalization is now called "Filter Curve".
This is an updated version of my previous tutorial on how to sound like a Combine Soldier/Civil Protection. In this tutorial there will be no need for drums and it actually kinda resembles a Poundland voice changer as opposed to ear-rape.
