What its like being a fat vegan
Hello Everyone! This is a video that I felt like I needed to make since veganism has become such a huge part of my life over the last year. I want to make clear that I'm not knocking any thin or fit vegans nor am I promoting obesity or unhealthy eating. I'm simply saying that veganism is more than a diet.
Once I finally wrapped my head around that (which took much MUCH longer than I am proud of) I was able to stick to the vegan lifestyle and promote my personal health from a more wholistic and positive perspective.
