Natural Indicators - Red Cabbage Juice pH Scale in Grade 10 Science
This is an experiment that my grade 10 science class will perform in our chemistry unit on Acids and Bases. After learning methods for testing for acids and bases, they test common household chemicals. Finally, they will learn how to make their own pH indicator using red cabbage juice and comparing the colours they become in different substance with different levels of pH.
