Stretching is an important part
of pickleball practice and can
help prevent injury, improve
performance and aid in recovery.

A Dynamic warm-up is a series
of movements that increase your
body temperature to prepare for
athletic performance.

Arm circles stretches can help prepare
your shoulders, chest, and upper back for
playing, as these parts of the body support
the paddle.

Side lunges and gentle side hops can help
you ease into lateral movement and prepare
your ankles for jumping.

Squats can stretch your hamstrings, or the
muscles in the back of your thighs, can help
prevent them from becoming strained or
stretched too far.
