Hi All,
Back to project management, or rather, when is it not project management? I describe the differences between project management and business as usual - and when they overlap.
This video is a topic I've found when teaching the PMQ that people get confused - also it's simply useful to understand as a project manager when you've actually stopped working on a project! As soon as you work on a mega project lasting multiple years, often it really stops feeling like a project and becomes Faux business as usual!
