GATE 2014 ECE small signal voltage gain BJT CE amplifier
This electronics video tutorial explains how to calculate the voltage gain of a transistor amplifier. It explains how to calculate the base current of an emitter feedback bias circuit and a voltage divider bias circuit which is useful in calculating the AC emitter resistance of the circuit. This video also discusses the effects of the bypass capacitor across Re on the voltage gain of the circuit as well as the advantages of the swamped amplifier which is also known as the gain stabilized amplifier.
