Here’s how to do it right:
1. For skirts + dresses: add ⅛–¼” ease at the seams.
2. For fitted vests: subtract ¼” at seams + neckline.
3. Sew shell + lining separately, then join at neckline and armholes.
4. Understitch to keep edges crisp.
5. Turn it through the hem opening (the “magic trick”).
These small changes = no pulling, no puckering, and a smooth couture finish.
