I had to cut this since it's quite a long tangent. You can use Mohg's Great Rune as an invader to get some Phantom Great Runes. These give a 13% health penalty. Even ignoring that they need the Black Blade incantations, being a high level puts you way outta invasion range of level 1's. So it's a no go.
