Windows 7 Hack - Customized logon background - By Superman|SA
Method
1st we need to disable the default background, in order to bypass the request of it running...
Start - Search - gpedit.msc and then open it.
Administrative Templates (left) - System (right) - Logon - Always use custom logon background.
Click enable and apply.
Go C:\Windows\System32\oobe - locate the folder.
Open info now create a folder named backgrounds
Copy your image to this folder and rename it as backgroundDefault
Important-Image must be in JPG format and size less than 256 KB.
Restart your pc and see the changes.
