01. Open Your After Effects And Create A New Composition
02. Create 2 Shapes No Stroke Only Fill.
03. Now, Create New "Adjustment Layer"
04. Go To The "Effect" Tap, And Select "Fast Box Blur".
05. Increase The "Blur Radius" To 10
06. Add Another Effect Called "Simple Choker"
07. Increase The "Choke Matte" As Your "Blur Radius".
