Grilled asparagus in mustard sauce
Asparagus season coincides with the start of grilling season, which means this recipe is perfect :)
500g green asparagus (a bunch)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour (slightly raised)
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
a piece of blue cheese
a glass of milk, half and half water
a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt
