DanVotional | When Not to Send a Text Message
In this video, I give a DanVotional about when it is appropriate or not appropriate to send a text message. DanVotionals are where I like to give my opinion, in hopes that it may help someone in their life.
With texting becoming more popular, the temptation to communicate important things by text is really strong. In my opinion, we should be very careful what messages we send by text because written words can be interpreted differently, especially if we are using short-hand messages.
Speaking in person or at least over the phone is a better way to communicate so you can hear their tone of voice and know when a person is joking, or sad, or using sarcasm. The communication line is better if you are not typing the message.
