Are the CXC Language Syllabuses Changes Effective?

The information that will follow in this presentation was gathered in an attempt to assess whether or not the recent modifications made to the CSEC English Syllabus and the CAPE Communication Studies syllabus have been effective in addressing the language needs of Commonwealth Caribbean students and the language requirements/specifications of specific institutions within these societies.
