Having trouble with the PKI component on ICEGATE? Don't worry! In today's video, I'll walk you through the steps to resolve the PKI component error so you can get back to signing PDFs and accessing your DSC with ease.
Here's what we'll cover:
1. Download and Install the PKI Component:
a. Go to the ICEGATE home page.
b. Click on "Services" and find "Sign PDF Updation."
c. Select the "Download Utility" option on the left side.
d. Download the PKI component file suitable for your system (32-bit or 64-bit).
e. Install the PKI component following the on-screen instructions.
f. Return to "Services," click on "Sign DSC Updation," and then click on "PDF."
g. Troubleshooting PKI Component Error:
2. If the error persists, open a new tab in your browser and paste https://localhost:13591.
Click "Advanced" and then "Proceed to Unsafe."
Final Steps:
You're all set! You should now be able to access your DSC in the ICEGATE registration portal and the PDF signing portal without issues.
