Railway Highlights 2024
Plenty has been going on during 2024, while I missed probably quite a lot I have managed to get about and film some workings. Plenty of Steam workings have happened, with 60532 Blue Peter making a come back with LSG and both Britannia and Sir Nigel attend the ELR Steam Giants. Avanti West Coast have said goodbye to there Class 221 Voyagers with there new state of the art Evero Class 805s and 807s. These have slowly creeped into service with the Full Class 805s in daily service and only a handul of 807s remaining to enter service. ROG Class 93s with only two in the country and a very very slow process in getting ready for testing which began in Mid-December 2024 with loaded test runs with Mk3 stock and a 37. Sadly it is unknown when testing will be completed and what the locomotives will work. Merseyrail Class 507s have finished and being scrapped with the exclusion of 507001 which has been preserved and will be at Derby for 200 Railway Years. This allows there new state of the art Class 777s to operate. I hope you all like and enjoy this video. A full list below that goes along with each clip.
