Extreme fatigue after eating avoided if taking this food

Have you ever experienced extreme fatigue after eating? A lot of people have this experience especially after lunch. What you take in your lunch or any other meal for that matter can make a big difference in your metabolism and that can affect your energy level. The proper balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat are critical. Even though protein may not be the best in terms of overall longevity and health in the general population, good protein, good fat and even a little bit of carbohydrates can be very, very helpful and I will go through with you what is a good way to balance.
