Watch Netflix on Ubuntu Linux 12.04 natively
Using a modded/patched version of wine and a nifty script this package from iheartubuntu.com and Erich Hoover allows you to watch netflix natively (sort of) in Wine on your ubuntu machine. No need for setting up virtual box or vmware virtual machine and watching in poor quality.
To add the PPA and install:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ehoover/compholio
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install netflix-desktop
