Susunia is a hill of southern West Bengal, under Bankura District, India. It is known for archeological and fossil site.
There is an ancient carved monolith (Narasingha stone) standing at the point where the spring water is coming out.
It is a popular for Trekking, Scenic, Adventure, Picnic Spot. Its Altitude 451m (1480 foot).
Susunia village itself is home to stone-carving craftsmen. The hill is 10 km North-East of Chhatna. Chhatna is 13 km from Bankura town on the Bankura-Purulia road.
Overall it is very easy trek for all age group.
