The “CAP Barbell Situp Bar” is a device that attaches to the bottom of a door. I bought this sit-up bar on Amazon.com for $13.99. This sit-up bar is made of steel, it’s lightweight and small, very portable, and it is easy to install on your door.
I know they make pull up bars that are designed to also be positioned at the bottom of the doorway so that you can do situps with it. However, I like a standalone device like this CAP Doorway Situp Bar because it is relatively small and it’s more portable. If you are travelling, you want to be able to---or may not want to lug a big pull-up bar around with you. But it would be so easy to fit the CAP Doorway Situp Bar in a bag.
