Postal Service [Short Film]
Postal Service, is a film I wrote and directed as part of my final year project for University, this film took a lot of work and I went through a lot mentally to get this made. Despite the challenges I had to face in my life whilst making this, this is by far my proudest work and I’m happy to finally share it publically with the world for the first time.
The film is a comedic action film, based heavily on the influences of 80’s action movies (think of your Commandos and Escape From New Yorks). In this ridiculous, over the top universe, the postal service has been on strike and killing anyone who will try deliver the mail, this in turn leaves only the emergency postal organisation, aka the E.P.O. (a sort of black ops unit with ties to the government) to face off against the strikers and deliver the mail. Only one man can stop them, his name is Jack Steele, a name so metal and bad ass, you know you can rely on him.
