Why I DON'T use CASH ENVELOPES for budgeting like Dave Ramsey (a rant about my money)
Ok, so I know better than most that YOU NEED A BUDGET. We all need one. I tried paying off debt just kinda “winging it” but obviously wasn’t very successful because I wasn’t very in tune with how much I was spending. Now, I’ve paid off 25,000$ in debt in the last year and have a much better handle on my budgeting and spending. But I’ve never used cash envelopes, and here’s why.
