PRAYER BEFORE MEAL
Gentle God and loving Father, you nourish all living things, and they depend on your divine providence. Now we ask you to set apart the food you have given us, to make it capable of nourishing our bodies with life and health. And give us grace to receive them with gratitude, remembering that they come from your hand. With the strength of these and your other blessings, help us to walk before you today and all the days of our lives in a way that is pleasing to you, through our Lord and only Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
