We'll show you some effective methods for getting an overview of your expenses and optimizing them. We'll pay close attention to your spending and examine the feeling you feel when you buy something: Is it really worth it to you? Using your actual hourly wage as an example, we'll look at how many work hours you invest in your spending. At the end of the month, we'll reflect together: Did you get proportional enjoyment and value for the money you spent? Do these expenses align with your values? With or without a partner, anyone can do this exercise at home. And if you haven't been able to tackle your spending habits on your own so far, join us for the introductory workshop on May 28th.
