Beer Review #81 - Hop Stoopid Double IPA
Pours clear light amber / medium golden with 2 finger off-white head. Good lacing. Very potent hop aroma - rose, pineapple, citrus, strawberry. Malt aroma comes through as well. The 102 IBUs aren't as harsh as you might think - balanced very well with the malt sweetness. Slightly full mouthfeel - a wonderful double IPA. 4.25 out of 5 stars.
